The Corporate Preferred Program at John Ascuaga's Nugget is truly an exceptional value for the corporate traveler and we welcome the opportunity to be of service to you and your organization.
We require a minimum commitment of 50 room nights per year to setup a corporate account. We can setup a direct billing account for your corporate customers. Please call us at 800-648-1177 for more information.
Please read all policies and guidelines below before making a reservation. John Ascuaga's Nugget cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred from the failure to read our policies and guidelines prior to making a reservation.
Room Reservation Policies and Guidelines:
- Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund of your pre-paid first night.
- Multiple room reservations need to have different names, which accurately reflect the name of the room occupant.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $10.99 charge for additional adults.
- By making a reservation, a room accommodation is secured; however, bed types are not guaranteed.
- Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out is by 11:00am.
- Non-service animals are not allowed in rooms.
- Registered occupant is responsible for all room charges.
- Rooms are non-commissionable.
- 13.5% tax per room, per night.
- $5.00 per room, per night Resort Fee. This fee includes unlimited use of our Atrium Pool, Health Club, Valet Parking, Covered Garage Parking, Airport Shuttle, and Full-service Concierge.
