Enjoy your favorite Mexican dishes at the Rotisserie Buffet at John Ascuaga's Nugget every Thursday now through June. Both lunch and dinner buffets will feature an array of Mexican specialties.
Seafood Buffet - Friday
A vast array of fresh seafood, including King Crab, a fabulous cooked-to-order Shrimp Station and a wide selection of chilled and hot seafood specialties. Add to that the John's famous Prime Rib and tempting fresh-made desserts.
International Buffet - Saturday
Enjoy flavors from around the World, including favorites such as Mongolian Beef, Steak au Proivre, Salmon en Crute, Sauerbraten, a variety of German Sausages, Carne Asada, Ceviche, Gorgonzola Polenta, Mushroom Ravioli and a selection of international dessert specialties.

Sunday Champagne Brunch
Everything you could possibly want in the way of breakfast and luncheon items, including a glass of champagne, combine to make this special buffet an absolute must on Sunday morning. Be sure to stop at our Made-to-Order Omelette Station and don't forget our Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar, located across from the Rotisserie entrance.
Italian Buffet - Sunday Night
You'll be transported to an Italian village with entrée choices such as Braised Osso Bucco, Veal Parmesan, Grilled Steak Napoletana and Grilled Polenta with Marinara Sauce.
Daily Luncheon - Thurs. & Fri.
